Houseboat Operations
Canyon Cabana is moored at Wahweap Stateline Buoy 141, near
the Stateline Launch Ramp. Cabana Sport will be moored at
Wahweap Buoy 183, near the main Wahweap Launch Ramp. Both moorages allow "on-the-water" turnaround in 6 hours or less.
Turnaround and maintenance services are provided by
Lake Powell
Marine, Lake Powell's most experienced and reliable marine services
company.
Turnaround is each Friday — check-off at 8 am and check-on at 2 pm.
Turnaround Service is mandatory for each use and is charged directly to the
member in addition to the annual Maintenance Fee described below.
Turnaround services include check-on, check-off, inspection, cleaning, pump-out,
refueling and propane fill; estimated cost is $565 plus fuel charges.
Scheduled maintenance and mechanical repairs will also be performed during the
turnaround period whenever
possible.
Mandatory Turnaround Service ensures owner accountability and provides
maximum quality time on the water for each owner. Owner
orientation is $175 on the first use.

Maintenance Fees

Annual Maintenance Fees covers recurring costs
of ownership and operation, including buoy fees, registration and property
taxes, insurance, scheduled maintenance, mechanical repairs, budgeted upgrades
and management |

Maintenance Fees are assessed each
year on a per share basis according to the operating expense budget prepared by management
and approved by the Members at each annual meeting |
 |
2006 Maintenance Fees are $1,275 per
share; maintenance fees are subject to adjustment based on
budgeted operating expenses and other costs |
 |
Optional use of available open season
time is
subject to a $75 per night open season maintenance fee, subject to adjustment in future
years |
